Traffic Arrangements and Car Parking
The roads surrounding the Stadium are likely to be very busy. We advise you to arrive early. Caroline Road and Eastern Hospital Road becomes a one-way traffic system approximately one and a half hours before the event starts. On completion of the event, both roads will be closed for about half an hour. Time may vary depending on crowd congestion.
Due to lack of space, there are no public car parking facilities on-site. The nearest public facilities is at the South China Athletic Association Building and Olympic House beside the Hong Kong Stadium.

Stadium Entrance
Spectators should enter the Stadium through the Stadium front gates. You will be asked to produce your event ticket at this point. One portion of your ticket will be retained by a member of staff.
Admittance to the South Stand area will be restricted to spectators aged 18 and over. Spectators may be required to provide identification to verify their age. |

Seating Arrangements
Your ticket allows you to enter any part of the stands, except the Patrons' and Sponsors' boxes, the Executive Suites, the Players' Enclosure and the Media Centre.

Food Outlets
There are kiosks in the stadium located on the lower and upper concourses serving hot food, tea and coffee and a variety of sandwiches and other refreshments. There are also eight vending stations providing snacks and sandwiches which will be sold to you in your seats. Spectators are advised that food and beverages cannot be brought into the Hong Kong Stadium. |

Messages
Messages can be placed on the electronic scoreboard only through the HKRFU information booth at the entrance to the stadium. There will be a charge of HK$150, which will be donated to the HKRFU Charitable Trust Fund. |

Beverage Service
The thirsty supporter has been adequately catered for with a number of drink outlets, which amply compensates for the ban on bringing can and bottles into the stadium. Alcohol cannot be consumed in the upper level stadium seating, but is available in the upper concourse, where direct telecast of games can be seen on TV sets at each bar.
Spectators in the lower level stadium seating can avail themselves of waitress service, which will be serving soft drinks and beer throughout the tournament weekend.
The Hong Kong Rugby Football Union is not responsible for determining beverage prices during this event. Any queries regarding the price of the drinks on sale should be addressed to the relevant concessionaires or the Stadium Management. |

Event Merchandise
From time to time there may be event merchandise available for sale. Purpose built merchandise units are available on the Main and Upper Level and you are free to visit them. |

Lost Children
Should you come across any lost children, please take them to the Customer Service Centre situated on the main concourse, east side, opposite block 102. A public announcement will be made and the children will be looked after until collected. However, please note the organizers do not provide a baby-minding service. |

Out of Bounds
Please note that the pitch and surrounding area is out of bounds to the public at all times. Parents are requested to ensure that children do not run onto the pitch during the tournament. Anyone breaking this regulation will be removed from the Stadium. The Players' Enclosure is also a restricted area. |

No Smoking
From January 1, 2007 onwards, under the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance, all spectator stands and concourse areas are designated as "No Smoking Areas". No person shall smoke or carry lighted tobacco products in these areas. Any person who contravenes the regulation is liable to a HK$5,000 fine. |

IDD Telephone Booths
Public payphones that accept HK$1, HK$2, HK$5 coins are conveniently situated on the lower and upper concourse areas. IDD calls will be billed in HK$1 units and the charge for local calls will be HK$1. Phone cards are available. |

The St. John's Ambulance Brigade will be on duty throughout the weekend should their assistance be needed in the event of accident or illness. |

Departure
On your departure from the stadium, please use the exits indicated to you by the stewards. A free Citybus service is available to transport you to Admiralty MTR Station. Please do not disturb the local neighourhood as you depart. |

ATM cash facilities are available inside the Stadium during the event. The ATMs are located on the lower concourse, at the northern end of the Stadium. |
