As in past years, Hong Kong Sevens tickets will first be assigned to all Hong Kong Rugby Football Union (HKRFU) Member Clubs and HKRFU stakeholders to ensure their members are given priority for tickets. This policy not only ensures that active and long-term supporters of local rugby enjoy priority access to tickets, but also provides an effective channel and incentive for the continued growth of rugby in Hong Kong.

In keeping with its commitment to provide the easiest and fairest access to public tickets for the world-famous Cathay Pacfic/HSBC Hong Kong Sevens, the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union(HKRFU) has announced that 4,000 tickets will be made available for sale via public ballot.
